4 Benefits of Small Group Fitness

There are so many benefits of training in small groups, not only is it more affordable but you get to train with friends and have a coach who can motivate you and provide personalised training along the way. 

On top of that here are just 4 of our favourite reasons why we love small group fitness:

  1. Just turn up – One of the greatest benefits of doing small group training is that all you have to do is turn up. You don’t have to think about what you are going to do, you don’t need to worry about what equipment you are going to use and you don’t even have to be motivated. All you have to do is turn up and your trainer will do the rest for you.
  2. You’ll work harder – No matter how hard you push yourself when you train alone, you’ll never push yourself as hard or for as long as when you have both a trainer and other people training with you. It’s a great non-competitive way to have accountability during your training. 
  3. Get training to suit you – So often people have niggling injuries or things that they have to be mindful of. Instead of missing training altogether, having a coach who can make adjustments to the session to suit you means you can have a great workout all while avoiding any problem areas. 
  4. Community – It’s amazing the friends you make when training in a small group. You become part of a  community that is always so positive and supportive. Not only does it give you that additional support but it makes your training more enjoyable.
