You’ll receive completely individualised training to meet your goals and individual needs along with assessments, nutrition & habit coaching, accountability and much more.

Private Pilates Sessions

Work privately with one of our instructors. Whether you need to learn the fundamentals of the Pilates Method, are returning to exercise from an injury or have a specific goal you’d like achieve our instructors are here to help. 

$50 – 30min Session

Semi-Private Sessions

A great alternative to our group classes for anyone who needs more attention and personalisation in their training. 45min sessions in a private group 1:4.

Pilates Starter Pack 

This package is great for beginners or anyone needing a refresh before starting pilates. It includes a 50min Private Session/Assessment & 2 Reformer Classes.


Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition plays a vital role in how you feel, how you look and how you perform. What good nutrition looks like is different for everyone. Like our training we take a personalised approach to help you succeed. You will receive the necessary coaching to ensure you not only achieve your goals but are educated, supported and are able to make future nutrition decisions with confidence given the tools to sustain your results. We like to keep things simple, offer accountability and help you create a plan that is easy to follow, saves you time and takes the stress away from your diet & nutrition. 

$100 – Initial Consult

We’ll start by assessing your current nutrition and eating habits to create a step by step plan for you and your goals. 

$50 – 30min Consult

Recipe Packs

We offer a variety of Recipe Packs to help you achieve your nutrition goals and targets. Everything from High Protein, Low Carb, Vegetarian and more to suit you needs.

Online Training

Our online training offers a great alternative for those of you who can’t make it to our gym or prefer to train from home.
